REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
We would like to inform you that the fees paid online through this website are refunded as follows:
– If the request for refund of the amount unduly paid is completed and sent until the end of the daily banking hours, the amount will be fully refunded, by bank transfer to the account from which the improper payment was made, on the same day.
– If the request for refund of the amount unduly paid is completed and sent after the end of the daily banking hours, we will charge a 1% commission and the resulted amount will be transferred to the account specified in the request for refund, within 7 days from the registration date of the request.
